Good morning world;
I am in that writing mode again. Blog away. This morning the magpies were having a disturbance, a big fight in magpie land. Almost like crows. The song sparrow sang a nice tune, so did the other birds, the crows were quiet. The recent rains have put greenness into the trees and grass as they collectively breathe out a sigh of relief. It was getting a little dry, now rain. Cooler in Deer today. Coffee this morning steaming hot was grand. Bye for now, Jay

Good afternoon world;
In Red Deer we have been getting rain the last couple of days. It was dry and the moisture is appreciated by one and all from the plants to the animals to the human beings. I saw a beaver at about four feet since I last posted and deer eating bushes and grasses along Ross Street Hill nature paths and bush. All thisa right in downtown Red Deer. City Hall park is alive with flowers and will be absolutely spectacutar in anothe month. Hats off to the old park manager that started all this by using his own money to purchase bedding flowers. Now that was public service, something we rartely see in our day and age. Back to work on wedsday, I have this really different job where i wrok from wed. to wed. with the following week off. Fly to work on a 737 jumbo jet. It is a rush. jay from Deer
