Good Morning world;
Went for my usual coffee this morning with the twenty minute walk through Waskasoo park and along side Waskasoo creek. It was early around 7:30 AM and the birds were all singing from the robins to the finches and the nuthatch. The fox vixen was out hunting trying to sneak up on something beside or in the creek. I watched from about fifty feet until she noticed me. Her pups are probably very demanding by now so any tidbit of food she can find is welcome. Foxes generally only eat food they have killed, no carrion. The birds songs were especially pretty this morning, the air warm as the birds welcomed a new day. It was sunny but now is overcast. The city workers are putting out the bedding plants in city hall park by the thousands. The begonias are in full bloom, red, white, orange and yellow. Good to see. Bye for now, the jay man. Back probably June 4th, off to work in the Canadian north country.
